Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about PregnaBite.
How does the website meal planner work?▼
Six questions filter a recipe collection by diet, ingredient exclusions and meal rhythm. The result contains seven days of meal ideas and a grocery list. It estimates recipe and daily nutrition from USDA reference foods and suggested portions. Optional food targets influence selection; adequacy is not guaranteed. Recipe images are AI illustrations, and the meal selection uses rules.
Where are my plan and favorites saved?▼
They are stored in this browser on this device, with no account or cloud sync. A saved plan includes your quiz answers. A new saved plan replaces the old one. Remove a plan or all saved data from My plan or Saved.
Can I export my plan?▼
Yes. Download a PNG image, print the plan or download the grocery list as a text file. Open each meal for ingredient and preparation notes.
Does this replace medical advice?▼
No. The website provides general food information and meal inspiration. It does not diagnose, treat symptoms, manage gestational diabetes or prescribe supplement doses. Your care team should set individual targets.
Can I use vegetarian or vegan preferences?▼
Yes. The planner filters recipes by your selected eating style and listed ingredient exclusions. Check ingredient labels and cross-contact risks yourself. The planner does not establish that a diet meets pregnancy nutrient requirements.
Where can I download the app?▼
Check Get PregnaBite for current availability. Store links and a WeChat mini program entry will appear when configured. The free website tools work without an app download.
Does this website support payments or subscriptions?▼
No. This website does not process payments, create accounts or sell subscriptions. Any future app offer will have its own terms.
What about before and after pregnancy?▼
The website currently focuses on pregnancy. Preconception and postpartum support are future directions, not current meal-planning modes.
